I crossed an ocean and was transported to my very favorite place on earth, a place where everything is familiar, a place where everything smells like home, a place where every meal tastes like childhood. It is in this tiny sleepy town in the southern part of Poland where my history was shaped, and it is the very reason why this wedding seemed like a dream that came to life right out of my imagination. It was a chilly day in November the fog barely lifted as the sun glistened its way through the sky, the birds sang chords through the tall trees as they do everyday, but that day their echoes sounded sweeter, after all it was the day my beautiful Kasia was going to marry the love of her life. From childhood memories to grown up adventures Kasia is a constant in my life and to try and proclaim the tremendous amount of love&admiration I have for her I would need countless blogs and endless words. So I'll leave it here, I thank my lucky stars to have been part of this weekend, my heart is still bursting as I remember you dancing with your daughter, my eyes still swell up with the happiest of tears when I go back to my memory of you making those vows in front of every person that matters to your hearts, and from what I can remember(pre-Polish Vodka) it sure was one hell of a dance party! Far more importantly I am privileged to be part of this journey with you two as you raise your daughter, love one another, make memories, laugh&cry, laugh&fight, all the ups, and all of the downs.....and all the times in between, I love you all so much and I'm looking forward to this ride we are on together. Cheers to you three, the best is truly yet to be....na zdrowie&100 lat!!!! xo, all my love always.
